Re-Imagining the International Legal Order
This discussion, prompted by the launch of the book, "Re-Imagining the International Legal Order," will offer a number of distinctive perspectives on the past, present, and future of the international legal order. What are the strengths of the present international order? What are its weaknesses and the weaknesses of its institutions? How might we reimagine the legal order to better address rising global challenges? Leading experts who contributed to the book will present their answers to these questions and more.
