Observers Sought for the 12th World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference from 30 November to 3 December 2021
ASIL members are invited to apply for the opportunity to serve as an official observer, under the auspices of the Society, at the 12th World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference, to be held in person in Geneva, Switzerland and virtually. Attendance will be limited to four representatives. More information on the Ministerial Conference will be available here: https://www.wto.org/english/thewto_e/minist_e/mc12_e/mc12_e.htm.
Applications from interested ASIL members are due Friday, October 15th, at 5:00 pm EDT. Applications must indicate whether they are applying for in-person or virtual attendance; applicants may not submit for both slots.
Selected observers will need to provide detailed information quickly after selection. Members selected to attend U.N. and other international organization meetings under the auspices of the Society must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. Applicants do not have to be able to attend the entire session in order to be considered.
