ASIL's Dispute Resolution Interest Group (DRIG) is pleased to cosponsor this event, which will feature panels on the arbitrator's role in settlement, emergency arbitrators, and interim measures; the enforceability of awards set aside at the seat; issues in Latin America; and technology and arbitration -- as well as a preconference breakfast meeting about unconscious bias. Gerald Aksen will give the keynote address.
