Georgetown International Arbitration Society is excited to announce its first panel of the 2025-2026 academic year on Enforcement of Awards: Strategies, Challenges, and Success Stories.

This panel discussion explores how enforceability can be engineered across the life of an arbitration, from the drafting of the arbitration clause to the final award. Panelists will share key insights on drafting enforceable clauses, managing evidence strategically, and addressing public policy and arbitrability challenges. The discussion will also touch on valuation reasoning in damages and post-award strategies that preserve enforceability.
