The Society is pleased to welcome the Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and United Nations Legal
Counsel Miguel de Serpa Soares to ASIL headquarters for a wide ranging discussion on a variety of current issues of in international law. ASIL Executive Director Mark Agrast will interview the legal counsel in the first half of the program, and audience members will have the chance to ask him questions in the second half.
A reception will follow the discussion.
