The third annual International Humanitarian Law Dialogs will be an historic gathering of international prosecutors from Nuremberg through present day tribunals. The focus of the 2009 Dialogs is "The Role of Women in International Criminal Law." The conference and roundtable discussion are free and open to the public (with the exception of meals).
