This workshop will provide an opportunity for interested scholars to present works-in-progress and exchange ideas in an informal atmosphere.
The purpose of the International Law in Domestic Courts Interest Group is to promote informal, face-to-face dialogue among scholars who are interested in issues pertaining to the application of international law and foreign relations law in domestic courts. ----
For those attending the conference, Duke Law has secured a block of rooms available at the Washington-Duke Inn, which is a 5-10 minute walk to Duke Law. All those attending are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. The group rate is $179 per night for reservations made by November 15. Please click here to book your online reservation.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Duke campus. For ground transportation to and from RDU airport, you may use a local taxi service.
