Transitional Justice: Argentina and The Legacy of Military Dictatorship

Please join the UNROW Human Rights Impact Litigation Clinic for a lecture by Argentina's Minister of Defense Agustin Rossi. Minister Rossi will speak about transitional justice in Argentina and current human rights initiatives. Between 10,000 and 30,000 people disappeared during the dictatorship that ruled Argentina from 1976 to 1983. The legacy of the dictatorship and providing remedies to the families of the disappeared continues to present unique challenges to the current government.
