International Law in Domestic Courts

Description:

The purpose of the International Law in Domestic Courts Interest Group is to promote dialogue among scholars and lawyers who are interested in issues pertaining to the application of international law and foreign relations law in domestic courts. The Group convenes a meeting once a year, generally in the fall or winter, to provide an opportunity for those interested to present works-in-progress and exchange ideas in an informal atmosphere.

To join this Interest Group's discussion forum, see its Group documents, and access other members' only features, login or join ASIL.
