According to Art. 776 of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) concluded between the UK and the EU, the implementation of the Agreement is to be reviewed every five years, with the first review likely to take place in 2026.

The international conference convened by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and the Centre for European Law and Internationalisation (CELI), University of Leicester, brings together academics and policymakers and other practitioners, as well as EU and UK perspectives, in discussing the likelihood and potential scope of any revisions.
