The goal of this event is to shine light on the issue of under-representation of US minorities in international arbitration, in order to understand its causes and to provide tangible steps for: (1) persons from minority backgrounds to enter international arbitration-related employment fields; and (2) for persons already "inside" to help increase the representation of minority groups.
