A Conversation with Ambassador Marja Lehto: Cyberspace and International Law [1]
The Society is pleased to welcome the ambassador, senior expert on public international law, and representative from Finland to the U.N. International Law Commission Dr. Marja Lehto to Tillar House for a discussion on the capacity of international law to address cyberspace issues.
Professor Sean Murphy of George Washington University, who is the U.S. representative to the U.N. International Law Commission and the Society's president-elect, will conduct the conversation for the first half of the program. The second half will allow audience members to pose questions to Ambassador Lehto.
