14th Annual ITA-ASIL Conference - Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration: Legal & Ethical Considerations [1]

Date:
Wednesday, April 12, 2017 - 8:00am to 1:30pm
Description:

The ½-day ITA-ASIL Conference is presented annually in Washington, DC by the ITA Academic Council with the American Society of International Law, immediately preceding the ASIL Annual Meeting. Scholarship is the hallmark of this conference, the papers from which are published in the law journal World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR). ITA and ASIL have organized a lively program to enable participants to have an informed, open discussion and rigorous debate led by some of the leading experts in international arbitration and funding. The program will incorporate the findings of the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third Party Funding as a core part of the discussion and as a springboard for further debate.
