International Arbitration Roundtable: Recent Developments, Ethics, and Planning the Arbitration Clause [1]

Six experts from the U.S. and Europe will discuss current issues important to both the conduct of arbitration and the drafting of arbitration agreements. The program will highlight ethical concerns of both arbitrators and counsel, significant issues in the conduct of arbitration, and the process of planning and drafting agreements for both arbitration and choice of court. Presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion in order to focus on issues important to all those in attendance. The full program is available here [2].

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1 hour of ethics credit and 3 hours of substantive credit.
