The distinguished lecturer for this year's 23rd Annual McLean Lecture on World Law is the Honorable Joan Donoghue, judge on the International Court of Justice. Donoghue was first elected to the ICJ in September 2010, after serving as principal deputy legal advisor in the United States Department of State.
