In a world characterized by conflict, the accountability of governments is a key issue, especially in reported instances of torture. Join the American Red Cross on November 16th to discuss how the U.S. and other governments are addressing torture accountability measures, both in practice and in the legislature, as well as how these measures can be strengthened.
