As international trade issues increase in prominence, international lawyers and policymakers have focused increasing attention on the dispute resolution mechanism of the World Trade Organization (WTO).  Please join the Customs and International Trade Bar Association and ASIL for an informative discussion with Daniel Brinza, senior counsel for dispute settlement at the Office of the United States Trade Representative, who will share his unique insights into the “nuts and bolts” of WTO litigation.
