Documents of International Economic Law was originally published
in 1990 (Chicago: CCH). It is now available online through Lexis-Nexis,
where it is updated and revised twice annually.
BDIEL covers the
regulation of international trade, finance and foreign investment;
the protection of intellectual property rights; regional economic
organizations; instruments governing private commercial transactions,
international litigation and arbitration; transportation; and taxation.
Introductions and bibliographies accompany many of the full-text
documents.
