Claims Policy
Claims for undelivered publications or books will be honored for
six months from the date of publication. See chart of Publication
Dates below for valid claims periods.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the ASIL Member or
Subscriber to ensure that ASIL has a correct mailing address in
our system. If you move and do not notify ASIL in a timely manner,
you risk not receiving issues of ASIL publications. ASIL will not
replace any missed issues due to our not being notified of a change
in a mailing address. To update your mailing address information
you can either do so online in the ASIL
Member Area or you can contact the ASIL Member Center at services@asil.org
or 856-380-6810.
Replacement Copies
Once the six-month claims period has lapsed, replacement copies
must be purchased directly from William S. Hein & Co. Inc.,
at 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209, USA; (p) 800-828-7571, (f)
716-883-8100, www.wshein.com or email: mail@wshein.com.
Please note: If you have
not received an ASIL publication that you had ordered directly from
William S. Hein & Co. Inc., your
claim must be submitted to Hein at the above address. ASIL
cannot process a claim for an item that was originally ordered from
Hein.
Submitting a Claim

Or mail or fax your claim and include the following information:
Current date
Recipient’s name
Recipient’s address, phone, fax, and e-mail
Publication name
Publication cover date if it is a periodical
Mail your claim to ASIL Service Center (Claims), 15000 Commerce Parkway, Suite C, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054
