Biography Gloria Miccioli International Librarian Manatt, Phelps & Phillips Gloria Miccioli is the Librarian for the Washington, DC, law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips and its consulting arm, Manatt Jones Global Solutions. Prior to that she was the International Librarian for the law firm Jones Day, where she acted as the liaison between the firm‘s US libraries and its 15 international offices and provided research and information services to its non-US lawyers and librarians. Before that, Gloria was Senior Research Librarian at Williams & Connolly in Washington, DC. She has also worked as Reference/Government Documents Librarian at the Jacob Burns Law Library of the George Washington University Law School, where she taught workshops in legal research and managed the government depository collection. She began her career as a reference librarian for the New York office of Davis, Polk & Wardwell. She earned her degree in Library Science from the State University of New York at Albany and her B.A. from New York University.
Gloria has written on searching the Internet for information in different subjects. She is a member of the Special Libraries Association, the American Association of Law Libraries and the Law Librarians‘ Society of Washington, D.C.
