Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before September 30, 2012, will be refunded 100%, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received between October 1 and October 12, 2012, will be refunded 50%, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after October 12, 2012, or for no-shows. From Atlanta Airport to Midtown Atlanta
Conference attendees arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta (Airport Code: ATL) have the following options for transportation to the COCA-COLA Company Campus.

Shuttle Service: Shared ride shuttle services provided by A-National Limousine leave every 15 minutes from the airport to Midtown at the rate of $18.50 one-way and $33.00 roundtrip. Reservations can be made by calling (404) 941-3440 or (877) 799-6282 or by booking online at www.taass.net.

Taxi Service: Taxi service is available directly from the airport. Follow the signs in baggage claim directing you to the taxi stand. The cost of travel from the airport to the conference venue is approximately $30 - $40.

Public Transportation: Atlanta offers convenient local rail service directly from the airport through the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). From baggage claim, follow the signs to MARTA and board either the Gold or Red line into Midtown Atlanta. Travelers may exit at either the North Avenue or Midtown Stations to reach the Coca Cola Company Campus. The one-way fare on the MARTA train is $2.50 and may be paid by cash or credit card at the kiosks located in the station. For additional MARTA travel information, please access the MARTA website.

From Atlanta Airport to Athens
Conference attendees arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta (Airport Code: ATL) have the following options for transportation to the Hotel Indigo in Athens.

From Midtown Atlanta to Athens

ASIL will provide complimentary shuttle service to conference attendees participating in the opening events of the Midyear Meeting on October 19 at the COCA-COLA Company Campus to the Hotel Indigo in Athens.

The shuttle will depart from COCA-COLA Company Campus around 8:00 p.m. to the Hotel Indigo in Athens (total drive duration approximately 1.5 hours).

Departure Transfers from Athens to Atlanta

Schedule

For the scheduling of your session and other information pertinent to the meeting, please see the preliminary program (updated regularly) posted on the ASIL Midyear Meeting website. Changes in the schedule cannot be made to accommodate travel preferences, although of course every effort will be made to do so for unusual and grave circumstances. If for any reason you are unable to attend or must request a schedule change, please inform us immediately, so that changes can be made to the program.

How to Submit Your Final Working Paper
The final PDF version of your paper will be due on or before Friday, September 21, 2012, for inclusion on the ASIL Midyear Meeting and Research Forum conference website www.asil.org/midyearmeeting2012. Please submit your final PDF version of your paper to submissions@asil.org. Once we have received your paper, an ASIL representative will be in touch with you to confirm its publication to our conference site.

Style and Formatting
The basic visual style and formatting of the paper is up to the authors.

Publication in an Academic Journal
Publication of the paper on the ASIL Midyear Meeting and Research Forum website is not with prejudice to publication elsewhere. In the event the author grants any conflicting copyright to another publisher, it is the author's responsibility to contact ASIL and ask for the downloadable PDF file to be removed from the ASIL website.

Mandatory Conference Registration
All authors must register for meeting attendance on the conference website www.asil.org/midyearmeeting2012.   
To obtain your conference credentials, you will need to check in at the meeting with an ASIL representative.
There is a discounted panelist registration fee of $50.00 for the entire conference.  This fee covers the access to all Midyear Meeting and Research Forum related events (including the luncheon and receptions) starting on Friday, October 19 at the headquarters of the Coca Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia to Sunday, October 21 at the University of Georgia School of Law Dean Rusk Center. Tickets for the keynote dinner on October 20 in Athens may be purchased at an additional cost of $45 for ASIL members and $65 for non-members.

ATHENS, GEORGIA

Programs at the University Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia will include a panel discussion on the future of scholarship on October 19, 2012; and ASIL leadership meetings, a keynote address, and the Research Forum on October 20-21. The Research Forum will take place at ASIL Academic Partner University of Georgia School of Law and its Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy in Athens, Georgia.
