ASIL is pleased to announce that its Counsellor Harold H. Koh, Dean of the Yale Law School, was confirmed on Thursday, June 25th, 2009, by the US Senate for the position of Legal Adviser to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He was sworn in on Friday, June 26.
