Pre-order the Audio Recordings of the Proceedings of the ASIL 101st Annual Meeting Now!
When you register online for the Annual Meeting, you will have an opportunity to place your order for the digital audio recordings of the procedings of the ASIL Annual Meeting. A cd, giving you access to download the recordings from a secure website, will be shipped to you approximately 2-4 weeks following the Annual Meeting. If you choose not to order during online registration, you will have an opportunity to place your order at the CadmiumCD exhibit table at the Annual Meeting. Orders may also be made through the ASIL website following the Annual Meeting. More information will be available at the CadmiumCD exhibit table at the ASIL Annual Meeting.

Student Registrations
Students must have a valid student ID in order to qualify for the student registration fees. You must show your valid student ID when checking in at the meeting to verify student status.
Additional Events available for Purchase
Tickets for these events must be purchased on or before March 21, 2007. You may purchase tickets through online registration or by contacting ASIL Services at services@asil.org or (856) 380-6810. Tickets will not be available for purchase onsite.
Hudson Medal Luncheon (Thursday, March 29) - $75 per ticket
WILIG Luncheon (Friday, March 30) – $70 per ticket
Annual Dinner (Friday, March 30) - $100 per ticket
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before February 2, 2007 will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Cancellations received between February 2 and March 16, 2007 will be refunded 50% of your registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after March 17, 2007 or for no-shows. All requests for cancellations must be directed to ASIL Services at services@asil.org, or call (856) 380-6810.
Cancellation Deadlines
On or before February 2, 2007 – 100% refund (less $25)
February 3 – March 16, 2007 – 50% refund (less $25)
After March 16, 2007 – No refund
Receipt and Confirmation of your Registration
For registrations made on-line, confirmation of registration and a purchase receipt will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made via phone, please allow one week for processing; confirmation of registration and a receipt will be sent via email immediately upon processing. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration and a receipt will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation or receipt after 30 days, please do not hesitate to call (856) 380-6810 or e-mail services@asil.org.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registration will be available, however, higher registration fees will apply. We strongly encourage you to register in advance. By registering early, you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
Badges
You will receive your badge upon check-in at the meeting. Your badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the meeting registration desk.

Registration is open to all. Fees are based on ASIL member status. Non-members are welcome; a complimentary one-year ASIL membership is included with the non-member registration fee (does not apply to student registrations). Registrations are not valid until the fee has been paid.
