This year’s program was one of the most exceptional in our century of history. In addition to over 25 panel presentations, covering topics including human rights, trade policy and terrorism, our plenary sessions this year included:

• A conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, featuring a panel of conversationalists including Judge Higgins and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.
• A lecture by Justice Anthony Kennedy, United States Supreme Court
• A lecture by Judge Rosalyn Higgins, International Court of Justice
• Adoption of a resolution
