Registration

Registration is open to all; fees are based on ASIL membership status. This fee is charged in order to recover some of the meeting costs such as food and drinks and meeting space for the four days, as well as to allow us to keep membership dues as low as possible. Registrations are not valid until the fee has been paid. Fee is waived for ASIL student members with valid student ID. Non-members are welcome; a one-year membership is included in the non-member registration fee. Questions regarding membership should be directed to services@asil.org.

Registration Deadlines

An "Early Bird" Registration Fee has been set so that we may commit to meeting space. The “Early Bird” members' fee is $285. Early Bird payments by credit card or check must be received with registration prior to the cut-off date of February 11, 2005. After this date, the fee will increase (see below) and we will no longer accept payment of $285.

Cancellation Policy & Fee Increases

As of February 12, 2005, the registration fee will increase to $335 per ASIL member. If you cancel your registration after that date, you will be refunded 50% of your paid registration fee, as we will have committed to certain facilities arrangements for you. Registrations cancelled after March 16, 2005, will NOT be refunded. All payments made after March 11, 2005, must be made by credit card and will increase to $360 per ASIL member. On-site registration will be $360 per ASIL member.

Confirmations

Registrants will receive confirmation of registration by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Meal Functions/Tickets

Meal tickets must be purchased in advance on or before Friday, March 25, 2005. Tickets will not be sold on-site. No refunds for tickets will be made after March 1, 2005. ASIL cannot replace lost tickets.

A reservation form for Loews L’Enfant Plaza Hotel is in this program (we encourage you to use it; help fill the room block for which ASIL is responsible). To qualify for the discounted rate, specify that you are attending ASIL’s Annual Meeting.
