Hosted at Santa Clara University School of Law. Co-sponsored by the American Society of International Law, the Institute for Intellectual Property in Asia, the Center for Global Law and Policy - Santa Clara Law and the High Tech Law Institute.
This one-day seminar will explore the emerging protection for traditional knowledge, cultural expressions, and genetic resources.  The panels, with excellent speakers from the industries, inter-governmental organizations, and academia, will present their perspectives on what has been done globally and in individual countries, and what needs to be done.
