It will deal with the essential principles that provide the framework for each of these two bodies of law, and importantly, it will trace the relationship between them, focusing ultimately on the difficult and challenging operational situations that straddle the overlap between them. The course will be led by Professor Steven Haines, Head of the GCSP's Security and Law Programme, who will be the principal lecturer. Participants will benefit from input provided by leading specialists in the field based in International Geneva as well as from important organisations elsewhere. The course fee is Euros 650 or 1,000 CHF. For more information on the course and to register, contact: law@gcsp.ch.
