Description:
The workshop is a two day introduction to international humanitarian law (IHL). During this workshop participants will learn about IHL from experienced practitioners and explore the application of the law through a series of case studies. Workshop participants will learn about the historical development of IHL and core IHL subjects including conflict classification, protected persons, the regulation of means and methods of warfare, enforcement of IHL and more!
